Mission: Support the Marketing Manager in driving the growth, profitability, and positioning of MGA Entertainment’s toy portfolio in the Mexican market, with a strong focus on eCommerce development. This role will execute digital and online marketing strategies, ensure alignment with global guidelines, and maximize consumer engagement across online platforms to strengthen brand visibility and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand growth targets.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and online campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across eCommerce platforms.
  • Support the optimization of product content (descriptions, images, SEO, keywords) to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze eCommerce performance metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with sales, trade, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution online.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt brand activations for local digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of eCommerce marketing initiatives.
  • Research online consumer trends and competitive activity to recommend new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with proven exposure to eCommerce or digital channels.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, CRM/email marketing).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly Salary:

$35,000 pesos monthly + benefits
