Mission: Accelerate point-of-sale (POS) performance and strengthen MGA Entertainment’s toy portfolio in the Mexican market by designing, implementing, and analyzing customer-specific activation plans. This role combines retail analytics, trade marketing strategies, and promotional execution to maximize visibility, shopper engagement, and sales growth across modern and traditional trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored activation plans with key retailers to drive sell-out and increase market share.
  • Analyze retail performance data (POS, sell-in/sell-out, share of shelf) and generate insights to identify growth opportunities while combining customers calendar & brands key dates.
  • Design and execute trade marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, visibility programs, and shopper engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to co-create joint business plans, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and global brand guidelines.
  • Lead the implementation of promotional calendars, tracking ROI and measuring campaign effectiveness at store level.
  • Ensure flawless execution of product launches and seasonal activations in collaboration with field and marketing teams.
  • Manage relationships with key retail partners, aligning execution with customer needs and priorities.
  • Control budgets for trade and activation programs, ensuring efficiency and financial discipline.
  • Provide regular reporting on promotion results, shopper insights, and competitive activities at POS.
