Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the toy industry or a similar consumer goods sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing across paid media, social media, e-commerce, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability: 

The Digital Creative Director oversees the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices. They possess a keen understanding of digital media formats, user interfaces, and consumer psychology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for digital marketing initiatives across paid media (non-TVC), social media, e-commerce, and email.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Execute and manage the creation of engaging digital content, including graphics, videos/clips, animations, and copywriting.
  • Translate brand attributes into effective digital assets, including headings, copy, CTAs, and thumbnails.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and children's entertainment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital channels and interfaces.
  • Drive the vision of each marketing campaign across digital assets to maintain messaging, branding, and call-to-action consistency.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms.
  • Strong creative vision and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
  • Passion for toys, children's entertainment, and generating memorable creatives.

Salary: 

$125,000.00 – $175,000.00 /year
