Summary: 

ERP Technical Lead will be working with many Microsoft technologies including .Net, Visual Studio, C#, JavaSript, MS SQL, Azure Services, and Dynamics 365 applications. This position will be challenged with identifying innovative solutions to meet the needs of our growing business.


Responsibilities/Duties:

· Partner with team to design and implement a strategy for re‐architecting legacy ERP systems AX/SAP for Integration/migration to D365 (15%)

· Manage, and support technical areas of ERP and its associated third-party application systems (10%)

· Lead the delivery for Dynamics 365 implementations and integration efforts by supporting sales admins, customer service, and finance departments as needed (10%)

· Provide technical leadership and mentoring of the team by managing high quality software development (10%)

· Act as the translation point between functional and technical teams for solutions development (5%)

· Oversee ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes (5%)

· Configure and develop customizations on custom processes, functionality, reports, queries, interfaces, and system integration in support of business needs (5%)

· Lead resolving the issues and bugs reported by users (5%)

· Provide leadership assistance in working with technology vendors and implementation partners to implement technical solutions (5%)

· Ensure data integrity within systems owned. Understand data relationships, resolve data, and interface issues (3%)

· Support and assist in leading ERP system security efforts by ensuring compliance with security standards and policies, monitoring access privileges, conducting risk assessments, and remediating identified security threats or risks (3%)

· Preparing and conducting virtual or on‐site trainings/presentations (3%)

· Partner with stakeholders to undertake full IT ownership of systems and projects assigned and become proficient in the technical aspects of these systems (3%)

· Follow change management and control processes to plan and deploy system changes (3%)

· Perform change-impact analysis and communicate changes to stakeholders and IT (3%)

· Document test cases and perform comprehensive testing during implementation and upgrades (3%)

· Support and assist in leading implementing, monitoring, and verifying backups of ERP applications (2%)

· Assist with documents necessary to procure required systems, licenses, maintenance, and support (2%)

· Provide leadership in working with internal IT teams and technology vendors to ensure all systems are available and secure on a 24/7 basis (2%)

· Research, develop, and implement IT standards and best practices, policies, procedures (2%)

· Perform other duties as required and/or assigned in support of the strategic goals and the IT vision, mission, and objectives aligned to these goals (1%)


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in computer science or 10 years of equivalent development experience. 7‐10 years of experience in Dynamics AX development with experience covering but not limited to Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Business Process Flows) Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in writing programs utilizing C# and JavaScript. Experience using DevOps and creating pipelines is a plus. Experience using SQL Queries and Stored Procedures a plus. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to solve complex business problems. Experience Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps for version control and release management. Working knowledge of HTTP, WebAPI, JSON, RESTful and SOAP web services. Project management experience, particularly using Agile. Project management qualification is desirable.
