Mission: Drive flawless execution and visibility of MGA Entertainment’s brand portfolio at retail by leading the sales field team and ensuring excellence in in-store implementation. This role is responsible for supervising merchandisers, designing and executing trade marketing strategies, monitoring compliance, and maximizing shopper engagement across all key retailers in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coach the field force team (merchandisers and supervisors) to ensure strong in-store execution of brand strategies.
  • Develop and implement field execution plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Monitor planogram compliance, POP material placement, and promotional execution across all retailers.
  • Ensure excellence in visibility, share of shelf, and brand activation at the point of sale.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across trade channels.
  • Establish KPIs for field performance and provide regular reporting on execution, compliance, and ROI of field activities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality training, staffing, and execution.
  • Control field budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strict compliance.
  • Identify opportunities and best practices in store to maximize sales conversion and brand impact.
  • Guarantee operational excellence by implementing processes and tools for supervision, auditing, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in field, trade marketing, or sales operations, preferably within toys, CPG, or entertainment categories.
  • Proven experience managing merchandisers teams and supervising large-scale field operations across multiple retailers.
  • Strong knowledge of modern and traditional trade dynamics in Mexico.
  • Experience in budget management, field KPIs, and execution audits.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish, fluent in both oral and written communication.

Monthly Salary:

$60,000 Monthly Salary + Benefits
