Mission: Lead the wholesale and regional sales channels in Mexico, including regional retailers and distributors, to ensure profitable growth, strong market coverage, and execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow all wholesale, distribution, and regional retail accounts nationwide.
  • Negotiate annual commercial agreements, terms, and promotional programs.
  • Design and execute tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships and expand coverage.
  • Drive new business development in underserved or emerging regions.
  • Monitor account performance, providing reports and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure profitability by controlling trade investment and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to guarantee product availability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of commercial experience in consumer goods, ideally managing wholesale and regional accounts.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable growth.
  • Experience in team leadership and people development.
  • Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.

Salary: 

  • Standard (Base + Bonus): $85,000 – $105,000 MXN / month + 15–20% annual bonus.
  • Integrated (No Bonus Policy): $95,000 – $120,000 MXN / month.
