Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Business degree preferred in a related discipline or a minimum of 3+ years relevant data management experience.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; a professional demeanor;
- Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency
- Mathematical proficiency.
- Analytical, detail oriented, and highly effective in communicating and exchanging key business information with all levels and business groups in the organization.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a team is required.
- General understanding of inventory and procurement processes at the operating level;
- Ability to multi task;
- Thorough knowledge of database applications and functionality.

Reports to Manager of Item Master Administration
Key Result Areas and Activities
- Create and enter new product records.
- Manage and maintain Item Master files database ensuring all planning parameters are relevant to inventory planning practices.
- Work with MIS team to support all program enhancements and system modifications.
- Maintain accounting data as it relates to product pricing for USA & International companies.
- Act as Axapta liaison for operations, distribution and sales teams in troubleshooting item processing problems.
- Ensure timely delivery of required data from internal sources of all required Item Master fields.
- Audit, and clean-up (if necessary), item master files in the Axapta system.
Salary Range
$58,000 – $76,732 /yr
