Mission: 

Maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence in the Mass Market Channel, covering Self-Service stores and Price Clubs. This role is responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing negotiations, and ensuring flawless execution during critical toy seasons

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead annual negotiations and commercial agreements with assigned accounts (self-service chains and price clubs).
  • Develop and implement joint business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars.
  • Ensure execution of promotions, displays, and seasonal campaigns at the point of sale.
  • Monitor account performance, analyzing sell-in and sell-out data to propose corrective actions.
  • Manage profitability, controlling trade investment, deductions, and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to secure product availability, especially for seasonal peaks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within mass market and price club channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate commercial reports and insights to channel leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record managing self-service retailers and/or price club accounts.
  • Strong understanding of retail negotiations, pricing, and trade spend.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • English: intermediate–advanced.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop mid-term growth strategies while managing daily operations.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communicator across internal teams and external partners.
  • Agility: Comfortable working under pressure, especially during peak toy industry seasons.

Salary:

Standard (Base + Bonus): $55,000 – $70,000 MXN / month + 10–20% annual bonus.

Integrated (No Bonus Policy): $62,000 – $78,000 MXN / month.
