Mission: Drive the growth, profitability, and positioning of MGA Entertainment’s toy portfolio in the Mexican market by developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, and maximizing consumer engagement through innovative activations to keep building our brands portfolio.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies, annual plans, and marketing calendars to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including launches, promotions, and phase-out strategies.
  • Lead consumer insights analysis and translate findings into actionable marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to optimize portfolio assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies across modern and traditional trade.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency and local market adaptation.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and ROI measurement of marketing activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Line selection and brand planning to ensure a successful portfolio management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within toys, entertainment, or CPG.
  • Strong track record in managing brands across multiple retail channels.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility and financial acumen.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish, fluent in both oral and written communication.

Monthly Salary:

$80,000 pesos monthly + benefits
