Job Summary:
Establish and maintain pricing for all brands and across all channels of business (Mass Market, Distributors, Value Channel, E-Commerce and Drop Ship). Develop and maintain a framework to ensure a consistent pricing architecture across brands and each unique channel of business
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Costing to ensure margin targets are accomplished
- Ensure enterprise system alignment (D365) with the multi-channel price lists
- Analyze sales promotions/special pricing to ensure profitability
- Support the seasonal standard market pricing process
- Deliver excess inventory recommendations prior to key sales opportunities
- Assist key customer account managers with financial modelling of their range plans and customer terms
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial business partnering experience
- 2+ years pricing experience
- Strong understanding of retail math (IMU%, gross pricing margins, weeks of supply)
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial metrics (gross sales, discounts, net sales, gross margins)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, xlookup, sumifs,etc)
- In-depth knowledge of pricing structures and invoicing with commercial terms
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- High level of accuracy and ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365) and familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data
- Experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Comfortable with working with multiple data sources to obtain necessary information and developing new analytic tools
- Resourceful approach to challenges with strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong level of personal drive and tenacity
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Familiarity and experience using ChatGPT
- Toy industry experience a plus
- CMA a plus

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 /year
