Mission: To develop, manage and support IT solutions utilized by MGA’s Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Photo Studio and other related functional areas.
Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience with the product development function of a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Previous experience with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, or with a cloud file storage solution with DAM capabilities.
• Previous experience with process flow mapping solutions such as Microsoft Visio.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
• Ability to analyze, understand, design and implement effective and efficient solutions to organize, streamline, control and share digital assets in a cross-functional environment while also supporting the underlying business processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of effective interaction with business process owners.
• Must be self-motivated and well-organized with good follow-through skills.
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze current business processes and workflows across MGA’s Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Photo Studio and other related functional areas.
• Design and implement new processes to improve productivity and efficiency in the collaborative creation, organization and sharing of MGA’s digital assets with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement metadata management processes to automate and control the organization of digital assets within the newly implemented processes.
• Lead the migration of digital assets from various servers and cloud storage locations to MGA’s centralized DAM.
• Directly support Digital Asset Managers across MGA’s functional areas to keep our digital assets organized and securely accessible by stakeholders.
Salary:
$100,000.00 – $125,000.00 /year
