Position Overview: The Integrated Marketing Asset Coordinator will support the management of creative assets for a designated group of brands within MGA Entertainment's portfolio. This role ensures efficient workflows, timely delivery of creative materials, and adherence to brand standards. The position will function as part of the Synergy team that works across brand marketing, product development, and other departments. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Asset Management and Project Coordination (70%)
Oversee the cataloging and organization of digital assets for assigned brands, ensuring accessibility for cross-functional teams.
Maintain and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Coordinate with external partners to manage the delivery and distribution of creative materials.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that creative deliverables align with overall brand strategies and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure project objectives are met.
Facilitate approvals and manage feedback loops to keep projects on track.
2. Workflow Optimization (15%)
Identify inefficiencies in creative processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Implement streamlined workflows for asset creation and approval processes.
3. Quality Assurance (10%)
Conduct reviews of creative materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance with legal guidelines.
Provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency across all assets.
4. Team Collaboration (5%)
Work closely with other Creative Operations Coordinators to share best practices and maintain consistency across the portfolio.
Represent assigned brands in cross-functional meetings and contribute to broader team initiatives.
Position Requirements:
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in creative project coordination or asset management.
• Foundational knowledge of digital asset management tools and project management software. Experience in project management tools such as Airtable is preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and DAM tools.
Pay Range:
$24.00 – $28.00 /hour
