Mission:  Work closely with the Director, Integrated Media to develop smart and efficient integrated media campaigns for MGA Entertainment. Help create innovative and relevant media strategies that will drive awareness and differentiate MGA brands from the competition.

Key Result Activities:

Integrated Media Planning & Buying 

  • Help develop integrated media planning and buying strategies
  • Prepare media analysis to support recommendations
  • Present media plans as needed
  • Day to day execution and oversight of media plans/buys 
  • Manage plans to budget and submit approved plans to finance to secure POs
  • Assist in the negotiation of media contracts
  • Help manage agency partners by providing status updates, monitor reporting and deliver all required assets
  • Check for accuracy, timeliness and quality of recommendations from agencies
  • Point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Work with internal cross-functional team to develop integrated plans
  • Evaluate media plan proposals to determine optimal cross platform allocation and ensure strong neogitation/media value is being provided
  • Manage updates, changes  and distribution of integrated marketing plans and flowcharts
  • Help manage media budgets across the MGA portfolio
  • Review and reconcile invoices 
  • Assist with other projects as requested 


  • Minimum 6 years experience with Media Planning & Buying, emphasis on Digital & TV 
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college/university
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint 


  • Understanding of how approach cross platform reach to ensure effectiveness of integrated campaigns
  • Proficiency with research tools and media analysis 
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborate effectively in cross functional meetings
  • Excellent project management skills for managing internal and external resources and fielding internal and external inquiries
  • Basic understanding of organic social media to partner with social media manager to help ensure consistent brand communications between with paid and owned channels
  • Be proactive and eager to learn
