Mission: The Manager, Marketing Activation for L.O.L. Surprise! will oversee the execution of consumer marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among a global audience. This role will focus on executing impactful marketing campaigns in the US that align with L.O.L. Surprise’s position as a leading toy brand. The ideal candidate will bring experience in consumer marketing, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Execution:

Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels. Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s strategic vision and resonate with the target audience.

    Content & Channel Strategy:

Collaborate with Planning and Creative Teams to develop compelling marketing assets tailored for various platforms. Maintain a content calendar to support consistent engagement on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Planning Team on product launches, messaging, and consumer insights. Partner with the Digital Strategy and Media Teams to align paid media efforts, including influencer partnerships and paid social strategies.

    Retail & Shopper Marketing:

Support retail marketing initiatives by coordinating with Sales and Merchandising teams to deliver impactful in-store activations. Contribute to retailer-specific marketing programs that drive engagement and sales, and ensure alignment with global counterparts.

    Community & Social Engagement:

Manage social media interactions to nurture a loyal fan community. Partner with the PR Team to facilitate influencer collaborations and media outreach, generating earned media and fostering positive brand sentiment.

    Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Monitor KPIs for campaigns and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Contribute insights to refine future marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within the toy, entertainment, or CPG industry.

    Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with proven success.

    Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

    Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.

Preferred Skills:

    Familiarity with global toy or entertainment markets.

    Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics or Sprout Social.

    Knowledge of children’s digital media regulations, including COPPA compliance.

Salary: 

$100,000.00 – $125,000.00 /year
