As a Research Manager you will design and execute research with a focus on fast turn-around tactical projects as well as some longer term strategic studies.
Essential Duties
- Meet with research team to understand design and objectives of studies
- Draft questionnaires and screeners for quantitative research
- Develop competitive sets for studies with an eye towards study objectives
- Develop assets (photos, concepts, videos) for online surveys
- Program fast turn-around surveys in Decipher
- Manage outside vendors on fielding
- Work with research team to communicate results quickly to the right stakeholders
- Develop reports when necessary
- Become an expert in the category
- Analyze the market and develop insights to aid in direction of brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in business or psychology a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consumer research
- Experience in toy category preferred
- Experience programming in Decipher or another self-serve survey platform required
- Strong project management skills with a track record of collaboration
- Ability to move quickly and focus on objectives
- Exemplary communication skills, written and oral, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with colleagues, senior management, and team members with ability to obtain consensus
- Ability to adjust to the changing needs of a dynamic environment and react swiftly to shifting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in Photoshop or Video Editing a plus

100,000 – 110,000 /yr
