Mission: Responsible for Kidult and Collectible brands social media coordination plus paid and influencer campaigns, social shopping, and administrative support.

Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social media, marketing, or communications
  • 1+ years of intern and/or social media direct experience for a professional company 

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

  • Narrative and audience driven understanding of social media content
  • Best practice knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & YouTube Shorts, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who aspires to be an expert social media manager and a master of scheduling, copywriting, and social content creation
  • Effective communication, management, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
  • Team player willing to absorb, enhance, and execute brand direction
  • Knowledge and interest in Kidult, Collectibles, Games, and other toy brands
  • Love of popular and internet culture
  • Extreme detail orientation is critical

Key Result Areas and Activities

Paid and Influencer Campaign Support

  • Work with social, brand team and external agencies to route assets for paid social campaigns
  • Assist team to partner seamlessly with internal and external creative partners to produce high quality content for paid social campaigns
  • Work with social team and cross functional partners on influencer campaigns and events to secure, contract, and coordinate with influencers and influencer agencies 

Admin

  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Contracting creators for all social campaigns
  • Asset Management

TikTok and Instagram Shop

  • Partner with the social team to execute TikTok and Instagram shop strategy
  • Work with affiliate influencers across platforms on key products
  • Partner with Social team to execute TikTok live strategy

Analytics

  • Preparation and pulling reporting from social channels and from our publishing tool
  • Closely analyze results to inform the team of noticed trends, successes, and opportunities

Social Media Strategy

  • Work with team stakeholders to support development of content/plans to grow/support the community, meet engagement metrics, and ensure best practices are followed 

Pay Range: 

$23.00 – $25.00/ hourly
