Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data and Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This role requires proficiency in VBA and Excel for data manipulation and analysis, as well as experience with Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities:

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

    Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

    Develop and maintain Excel VBA macros to automate data processing tasks.

    Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.

    Collaborate with sales teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

    Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

    Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes based on historical sales data.

    Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, or Mathematics.

    Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and preferably VBA.

    Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of sales processes and terminology and tools like “Walmart Luminate” and “Retail Link” is a plus.
