Sr. Manager, Global Corporate Communications
Mission of the Role: Lead the development, execution, and management of the communications strategy for the MGA Entertainment corporate brand, to include ESG/CSR programs, through external public relations efforts, internal communications, and corporate website communications. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives to creative relevant communications tactics that will drive awareness and preference for MGA Entertainment brands and products and differentiate the company from the competition.

Position Requirements
Education/Experience/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, consumer marketing, or related field from a four-year college or university.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in public relations and/or corporate/internal communications within toy and/or entertainment industries or a similar consumer goods sector. Prefer mix of agency and in-house experience, but not required.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills are necessary, as well as the demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others with or without direct authority.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, execution, and management of the communications strategy for the MGA Entertainment corporate brand through public relations efforts, internal communications, and corporate website communications.
• Collaborate closely with executives, cross-functional leaders and teams to ensure alignment of all communications efforts within overall business objectives.
• Develop corporate public relations and communications programs across a wide range of channels, both internal and external, using unique tactics to deliver maximum exposure while working with local, national and international players, media outlets, and influencers.
• Execute and manage the creation and dissemination of all communications including, but not limited to, press releases, Q&As, briefing documents, statements, articles, posts, pitches, and fact sheets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, consumer marketing, or related field from a four-year college or university.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications within toy and/or entertainment industries or a similar consumer goods sector. Prefer mix of agency and in-house experience, but not required.
• Proven expertise and experience in executing innovative, targeted PR campaigns that have generated national and/or international media and influencer coverage.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills are necessary, as well as the demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others with or without direct authority.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver results.
• Passion for toys, children's entertainment, and generating attention capturing storytelling.
Salary:
$120,000.00 – $150,000.00
