Mission: The position manages eDiscovery processing requests for data as it relates to pending/potential litigation, investigations, and various legal matters. This position requires a wide array of technical competencies as it relates to ESI (Electronically Store Information) and eDiscovery system with Relativity One. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are properly handled, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner. Full Time Remote work from home/office hybrid. This position reports to the Sr Director of IT, HRIS and eDiscovery.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate efforts between various internal business units to complete data processing requirements as it relates to ESI (Electronically Stored Information) and eDiscovery.
  • Be accountable for the identification and collection of data custodian user IDs and local and network data location.
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and refining necessary procedures to accomplish eDiscovery process requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with IT, business units, internal and external legal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities at the direction of IT and legal department.

Qualifications: 

  • Litigation Application Experience with Relativity One including Processing, Analytics, Imaging, Early Case Assessment and Production is required.
  • Experience working with paralegals, attorneys (both in-house and outside counsel), and external vendors to define the scope, schedule, and resources required to successfully complete eDiscovery work
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 productivity applications knowledge is required.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system, Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a great level of attention to details.
  • Experience trouble shooting applications and communicating results to support teams.
  • Available for weekend working hours as needed.
  • Some college education is preferred, but not required.
