Bank account management

  • Review bank account services and fees.
  • Reconcile worldwide bank balances and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Execute bank account opening and closure.
  • Prepare monthly bank fee analysis and reporting.

Cash Desk and Intercompany loans

  • Review domestic and international payment requests.
  • Enter daily payments in the bank portal for approval and release.
  • Ensure proper approval and control requirements are met before executing payments.
  • Execute intercompany loans and FX transactions.
  • Review and update procedures to comply with treasury policy.
  • Communicate wire confirmations.
  • Collaborate with Account Payable team for electronic payment requests.
  • Collaborate with Accounting team to prepare journal entries.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of Finance/Treasury operations experience.
  • Liquidity and working capital management experience.
  • International cash management and FX experience.
  • Bank account structure management.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Procedures and policies implementation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reporting and presentation to senior management.
  • Project management and banking/treasury system implementation.
  • Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).

Salary Range 

$56,000 – $78,000 /yr
